Our Staff
Brittney Koch - Director
As Director of the Austintown Senior Center, she leads with compassion, dedication, and genuine pride in the community she serves. She drives the Center’s vision forward while maintaining a standard of excellence. With a background as a first responder and educator, she brings strong leadership and a deep sense of responsibility to her role. Her focus is on keeping the Center active, relevant, and continually improving by expanding opportunities, strengthening relationships, and ensuring it remains a place Austintown can be proud of.
Since stepping into the position, she has established clear direction, strengthened operations, and reinforced a culture of accountability and pride. Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted mother and proud “Auntie Moose,” spending much of her time supporting her children in wrestling, volleyball, and football. She considers raising her children the highlight of her life and her greatest blessing. Family grounds her, motivates her, and remains at the heart of everything she does.
In rare quiet moments, she can be found behind the camera lens, absorbed in a good book, or relaxing at the beach.
Jessica Ricker - Marketing and Technology
Jessica is the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly at the center. She manages scheduling for all programs, coordinates sponsors, and oversees social media. Making sure the Austintown community and the center's members stay connected and informed. She loves discovering new classes and fresh ideas to bring to the center and is always looking for ways to keep things engaging and exciting.
When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys traveling, showing dogs, and going to concerts. She’s also actively involved in the community as an advisor for the Mahoning County Junior Fairboard and serves as an American Kennel Club delegate.
Linda Beilby - Front Desk and Logistics
Linda Beilby is the friendly face of our front desk, making sure everything runs smoothly, memberships are up to date, and bingo goes off without a hitch. She brings experience from her background in retail and catering, keeping the center organized and welcoming for everyone.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys listening to live music, fishing, and spending quality time with her two sons and two grandkids. She has been very active in the PTA and is also involved in a clothing ministry supporting single mothers.
Debbie Rouzzo - Front Desk and Logistics
Debbie Rouzzo is the newest part of the center’s team but has already fit right in. She is in charge of making sure membership information is up to date and that the center looks its best, helping create a welcoming space for everyone. Her strong attention to detail and caring nature shine through in everything she does.
Retired from home health, Debbie brings years of experience, compassion, and dedication to her role. When she isn’t working, Deb loves to travel the world (especially to Spain) listen to live local bands, and spend time with her two daughters and three grandkids.
